Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Lab Fixtures.

Tops, sinks and pegboards are made to order and are non-returnable, non-refundable products.

Outlets and cupsinks are returnable within 15 days of purchase for a restocking fee of 25%. Only unused products can be returned.

Please contact us before you return any merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Products returned without RMA paperwork will not be accepted or processed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Lab Fixtures.
